Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If an item is listed as a preorder, the estimated ship date will be clearly stated on the product page.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Processing times may extend slightly during periods of high order volume.
Shipping Methods
Shipping carrier and method are selected based on item type, order size, and destination.
Small items such as patches and stickers are typically shipped in flat mailers or bubble mailers for protection and are usually sent via USPS.
Apparel, bags, and other larger items may ship in poly mailers or boxes and may be delivered via USPS, DHL, OnTrac, UPS, or FedEx depending on location and package size.
Split Shipments
Some orders may ship separately depending on product type or order size. Each shipment will receive its own tracking information.
Delivery Responsibility
Once your order has been handed off to the shipping carrier and tracking has been issued, the shipment is under the control of the carrier.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, transit interruptions, delivery errors, or lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If you experience a delivery issue, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim or investigation.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges to reship the package.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer direct international shipping.
Customers outside the United States may use a mail forwarding service at their own discretion. Once a package is delivered to the forwarding address within the United States, our responsibility for the shipment is complete.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, delays, customs issues, or additional shipping charges that occur after delivery to a forwarding service.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging.
All claims are reviewed on a case by case basis. We are committed to resolving legitimate issues presented in good faith.
